Aurelia 7 setup walkthrough

Set it up with confidence

Nine visual steps from an unopened case to a dressed, checked frame. Plan two adults and complete a dry-fit before the event.

  1. Two installers laying out wedding arch sections, base plates and hardware before assembly
    Step 01Prepare

    Check every part

Lay out the frame sections, two bases, connectors and tools before assembly.

  2. Installers fastening a champagne-gold arch upright to a rectangular base plate
    Step 02Prepare

    Build the bases first

Fasten each lower upright to its base plate before adding height.

  3. Two installers connecting lower gold arch sections while the frame lies flat
    Step 03Build

    Connect it on the floor

Join the lower sections on a protected surface where every connector is visible.

  4. Close view of installers tightening the upper corner connector of a gold arch
    Step 04Build

    Seat and tighten each corner

Support both tubes, seat the connector fully, then tighten the locking hardware.

  5. Two adults carefully raising a complete champagne-gold hexagonal wedding arch
    Step 05Build

    Raise it with two people

Lift from opposite sides with the structure balanced; do not raise the frame alone.

  6. Installer placing discreet ballast and floor protection around wedding arch bases
    Step 06Stabilize

    Protect and stabilize both bases

Use floor protection and the ballast plan confirmed for your venue and surface.

  7. Two installers balancing ivory chiffon across the top of a gold hexagonal arch
    Step 07Style

    Drape from the center

Share the fabric weight across the top before gathering either side.

  8. Installers securing a small white floral cluster to a reinforced arch corner
    Step 08Style

    Fix light florals securely

Use reinforced corners and discreet reusable ties; keep the load within your written plan.

  9. Two installers checking the final alignment and stability of a decorated wedding arch
    Step 09Check

    Step back and check again

Confirm alignment, bases, attachments and a clear aisle before guests enter.

Questions before you inquire

What buyers usually need to know

Is the price shown the final price?

No. The range helps you compare packages. Your written quote confirms the final size, finish, kit contents, packing and shipping for your destination.

Which design should a couple start with?

Choose Lune 6 for a small backyard or micro wedding, Aurelia 7 for a full ceremony aisle, and Nocturne LED for an evening welcome or guest-photo area.

Can the arch be used outdoors?

Yes, when the base and ballast plan fits the surface and conditions. Tell us whether the venue is grass, concrete, timber, sand or another surface. Follow venue rules and do not leave a dressed arch unattended in wind.

How difficult is assembly?

The frame is designed as a sectional build. Plan a two-person dry-fit before decorating so you understand the connector order and can confirm the final position before adding fabric or flowers.

Are flowers and styling included?

Finished floral installation is not included unless it is specifically written into your quote. The styling images show representative configurations.
